The National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) has just been confirmed as the official sponsor of the LGV Instructor of the Year award at Talent in Logistics, which will take place on 22nd June 2017.

Launched in January 2017, the NRI was developed in order to promote higher standards of LGV instruction and increase the number of registered LGV instructors in the UK, thereby helping to improve the LGV driver training pass rate.

The Talent in Logistics Awards, launched in February 2017 is designed for professionals within training, learning and development working in the transport, warehousing and logistics sectors. The awards provide recognition for the individuals overlooked by other industry awards, despite being key to the current and future success of the UK’s logistics sector.

The National Register will sponsor the LGV Instructor of the Year award, which will be awarded to the instructor who can demonstrate high levels of professionalism, an excellent pass rate and a desire to positively inspire future generations of LGV drivers.

The winner of the LGV Instructor of the Year award will be announced at the Talent in Logistics Awards on 22nd June 2017 at the Telford International Centre, Shropshire. The awards are set to be a fantastic night of celebration, with 18 industry awards scheduled for the evening, as well as a three course dinner, networking opportunities and a celebrity host. Tickets for the awards are available to purchase at www.talentinlogistics.co.uk/.
