National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) Social Media Competition – Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
1.1 This competition is open to NRI Registered Instructors and Assessors aged 18 years and over.
- Entry Requirements:
2.1 To enter the competition, you must make a purchase of £100 or more from the NRI Online Shop within the specified competition period.
2.2 Participants must provide their company name, contact person’s name, email address, phone number, and postal address during the purchase to be eligible for entry.
- Entry Period:
3.1 The competition begins on Monday 11th March 2024 and ends on Friday 3rd May 2024.
- Prize:
4.1 The prize includes a bundle which includes an NRI branded shirt, tie, hi-vis, clipboard and 10 pens.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
- Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The draw will take place within five working days of the competition end date.
5.3 The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five working days of the draw.
- Business Information:
6.1 By entering the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and business information by National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) for the purpose of administering the competition.
6.2 The personal and business information collected includes company name, contact person’s name, email address, phone number, and postal address
- Publicity:
7.1 The winning entry agrees to participate in publicity related to the competition, including the use of the contact person’s name and company name for promotional purposes.
- Data Protection:
8.1 All business information will be handled in accordance with National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) Privacy Policy.
- General Conditions:
9.1 National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) reserves the right to disqualify any person or company found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
9.2 National Register of LGV Instructors (NRI) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
